A most curious postcard I found which shows that Kingston Point was a center where one could enjoy rowing for recreation. Note it is titled “1878 Kingston Point, NY” and yet the postmark on the back is of 1907.
Anyway, I hope that the Rondout Creek and Kingston Point will return to the casual recreation of rowing. What do you think?
