Noelle’s Haiku

My writing partner, Noelle Adamo, wrote a haiku for New Year’s Day.   It speaks of sunrise, my absolute favorite moment of every day. A sunrise like this one, today, reminds me of her writing. Here is the haiku:

the first sunrise poured
into darkness like honey
until it said yes
