Yoga poses for rowing

I have started doing yoga daily in the hopes that it will improve my rowing…..click on the picture for one of many links you can use to set up a routine….

I use a set of yoga cards with different poses I perform in sequence. It takes me around 15-20 minutes but I can make it shorter or longer by holding poses longer.
