Yoga poses for rowing

I have started doing yoga daily in the hopes that it will improve my rowing…..click on the picture for one of many links you can use to set up a routine….

I use a set of yoga cards with different poses I perform in sequence. It takes me around 15-20 minutes but I can make it shorter or longer by holding poses longer.

This is the link for the cards I use: https://www.amazon.com/WorkoutLabs-YOGA-CARDS-Sequencing-Meditation/dp/B00PX4C4MK/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?crid=1FP86SPUY2QF3&dchild=1&keywords=yoga+cards+pose+sequence&qid=1604068248&sprefix=yoga+cards%2Caps%2C176&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExMU9MMDFMUThITjFUJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwOTcwMzM4Q1JBT1ZLNDEzTFRFJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA4NTY4ODcxVzZLTFY3V1NGMjRXJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==
