Because I have severe pain in my ischial tuberosity area (right sits bone), I cannot row every day. So I like to walk 2.5 miles along the Rondout Creek and Hudson River water front. Especially at sunrise. It is very meditative and soothing. I am so thankful to have this on a cloudy Sunday morning.
Sorry to hear that your pain isn’t going away faster. Take care of yourself. I wish I had a magic potion to help you out. Keep your core warm when you walk and ice it when you can. You’ll row soon.
XOXO
