On my first venture out on the Hudson with the BOTE Rover Aero stand up paddle board. Cool!
I had tried to put the extra long fins that came with the BOTE on the bottom. I quickly discovered that the extra long fins are for when you are only doing stand up paddling since they block the action of the outboard motor preventing ANY turning. I’ll never do that again!
After I got home I realized that the water at this launch site is soooooo thick with engine oil and gas that I wonder if I continue launching from here whether my skin will fall off one day. I have to find a better place to launch!
