A wonderful ride on a pond in the Schwangunks with my beautiful friend Noelle. It requires a long walk through the woods but it packs the punch of a fabulous view of the mountain just above us. The “little” pond is a mere .60 miles long (which is more than the 1000M race I will do at Overpeck tomorrow in Leonia, NJ!!!)
