NOTES for Crew Coaches and Rowers:

When I went to a seminar given by Harvard Coach Jesse Foglia, he emphasized how much competitive rowers can learn by watching videos. So any viewers who want to know more about crew rowing should study as many rowing videos as they can.   A coach could assign a team something like this:

Pick a Royal Henley Regatta Race (event), for example, the Princess Grace Challenge Cup, research the history of the race, watch the last 5 years races on Youtube and write a report on one of the races as to who won, who lost, why did they win or lose, etc.
