The Rondout Creek, A Rower’s Perspective is a photographic journal by Nelsie Aybar-Grau of the four-mile stretch between Eddyville and the Rondout Lighthouse in Kingston, New York. The photographs and narrative present the natural beauty of the Rondout Creek and the activities that take place on this historic waterway. The map shown in the book can be purchased separately. It is 11″ X 17″. It shows the 2017 inaugural route of the Head of the Rondout Race. It provides rowers and paddlers with information about the access points, boat launches, free parking and information regarding the geography of the Kingston Waterfront and surrounding areas, such as Eddyville and Port Ewen.
